Sandra runs Balkan Girl Grill out of a stand at 505 University Ave, feeding hospital staff, downtown lunch crowds, and anyone who follows the smoke. Women-owned. Balkan-rooted. Made-to-order — nothing pre-portioned, nothing shortcut.
